The Fairchild Industries Cowl Rubber Seal for the YJ Wrangler is a direct replacement for the dry-rotted, cracked seal that is still under the windshield frame from the factory. Replacing a rotten seal can save a lot of time and hassle later by prolonging the life of the steel parts that it separates. Lower or remove the windshield frame and scrape the pinch weld and this seal will sit firmly in place to keep water out for another 30 years
