Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 - Shipping Information
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.Β In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on back order and will ship when available. If there is to be an extended delay in shipping your order, we will attempt to contact you.
We utilize third party fulfillment on some orders. This is where we use a manufacturer or other supplier to ship products directly to the end customer, and it regularly results in customers receiving their orders quicker than waiting on a future stock order to arrive at our main warehouse.
Once an order has shipped, we do not have the ability to do any of the following: change a delivery address, hold a shipment to be picked up at a local hub or access point, have a shipment delivered on a different day/time, authorize release of packages, remove a required signature. Most of these requests will need to be directed to the shipping carrier by the receiving customer.
Our standard shipping may include one of, or a combination of, FedEx Ground, FedEx Smartpost, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail.Β Please be sure to use a delivery address that can receive shipments from any/all of the carriers. Products may ship in multiple boxes, ship from multiple warehouses across the US and arrive on different days depending on the ship method. This is done so we can give you a better and more economical service. Global Offroad reserves the rights to:Β
- Use any combination of carriers and does not guarantee the use of a specific carrier to deliver shipments.Β
- Combine multiple orders shipping to the same address into fewer shipments as well as the right to split orders into multiple shipments.
- Require customers sign for delivery on certain orders.
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding any shipping fees and surcharges) and ask that you resubmit the order.
Due to regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight.
SECTION 2 - Transit Times
Order delivery times depend on many factors including: the origin of a shipment, the destination of a shipment, the carrier, and service level. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and the quoted ship time is business days from when the shipment is tendered to the carrier, not from when the order is placed.
Ground shipment transit times are not guaranteed but typically take 3-5 days to be delivered. In extreme cases shipping carriers may take an extended amount of time to deliver ground shipments, and this is out of Global Offroadβs control.
SECTION 3 - Shipping Rates
When ordering from any of the 48 contiguous United States, refer to the shipping charts below for shipping cost. Please note, some large or heavy items have an additional shipping charge.

SECTION 4 - Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,Β US Territories, and APO/FPO
Please be aware that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO boxes can be very expensive, and at times shipping costs can be more than the order itself. Any customers ordering from these states and territories should contact us to place orders so that we may assist in finding the most economical shipping method.
For APO and FPO postal addresses, all shipments will be shipped via the US Postal Service by Priority Mail. Certain weight and size restrictions apply, and some items cannot be sent through the mail.
SECTION 5 - International Shipping
We currently do not have international shipping rates set up on our automated shipping calculator.
If you are an international customer, please contact us via email atΒ sales@globaloffroad.usΒ or phone at (509) 609-2566 with your shipping address and desired products, and we will work with you to get you the best shipping rate.
SECTION 6 - Oversized Items, Large Items, & Truck Freight
The online checkout system is not able to always accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body panels, storage racks, transfer cases, transmissions, seats, and more. There may be instances where one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs and surcharges. If a customer is unable to provide a commercial address with loading dock or forklift on site for truck freight (LTL) shipments, additional charges may be required.
Free shipping offers never apply to oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, many of these items will have flat rate handling charges assigned to them.
SECTION 7 -Free Shipping
To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $250 or more. Any discounts and applicable taxes or handling charges are additional and do not summate towards the $250 minimum.Β Β Orders must be shipping standard ground to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO are not included in this). Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size and or weight: including wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops and cargo racks. The following parts do not qualify for free shipping: Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, as well as prior purchases and returns.Β If additional shipping and/or surcharges apply to an order, you will be contacted via the provided email address and sent an invoice for the difference in costing.Β
SECTION 8 -Β Damaged, Lost, & Missing Shipments:
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately by email at sales@globaloffroad.us. All claims must be made within 5 calendar days of order delivery. Please include photos of the packaging as well as pictures of the damaged part(s). Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided to the carrier. After 5 calendar days Global Offroad assumes no responsibility for claims made after this time period.
Should a package be completely lost or undelivered, it is the customerβs responsibility to report the loss to Global Offroad, so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost packages must be reported within 15 calendar days of the original ship date of the package.
