Return Policy for Global Offroad Online Shop

At Global Offroad, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how we can assist you in the return process.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of purchase.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer sales@globaloffroad.us or (509) 609-2566 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
  • We will provide a trackable shipping method and shipping tags.
  1. Refund or Exchange:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Exchanges will be processed, and replacement items will be shipped out promptly.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund for damaged or defective items.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Gift cards, vehicle tops, wheels, custom items, or items with custom configurations Vehicle graphics, and fluids
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
