If your Jeeps ignition cylinder is worn out and won't turn, or the key just falls out while driving, get a new Coded Ignition Cylinder with Keys from Crown Automotive. This kit includes keyed cylinder and two keys so it is ready to install out of the box, no waiting period while a professional sets the tumblers. This cylinder and key kit is for vehicles that do not have the electronic key-sentry system. If your ignition system uses transponder keys, this kit will not function properly on the Jeep.

For Non-Transponder Only: Vehicles with Key-Sentry System will shut down after 10 seconds if a transponder is not detected by the collar on the steering column. These keys DO NOT have transponders so they cannot be used in Jeeps with that security system.

Original Replacement: For original steering columns, direct fit with no modifications needed.
