The Omix Speedometer Cluster for the early CJ's is a direct fit replacement for the original unit. This new cluster improves the original design with an internal voltage regulator between the fuel and temp gauges. No splicing is required for the installation even though simple rewiring is detailed in the installation instructions. Holes on the back side accept factory bulbs and sockets for night time illumination and works perfectly with all original mechanical speedometer cables.
