If your CJ's heater is no longer putting out nice hot air in the winter or you are having issues with your cooling system, you could have a bad heater core. Fix up your system with this new aluminum Heater Core from Crown Automotive. If the core is blocked or not allowing the proper flow, you may have issues with your cooling system not coming up to heat or working at all. Slowly debris develops in the bottom of the heater core and cannot get out, once the blockage is too great, fluid cannot pass through and the system struggles to perform like it should. Rather than flush the system and stir up even more problems, switch out the usual suspect.
For 1977 applications the blower motor and wiring harness must be in the engine compartment.
