The Quadratec Starter Assembly directly replaces the Wrangler JK factory version and offers all-new construction and materials. This starter installs without modification or adapters, while pushing out the required torque and 1.2 kw needed to crank the engine. Features a zinc-plated field case, solenoid, C.E. cover and hardware, and precision balanced armatures with banded hairpins. Field case assemblies are computer-tested to measure magnet strength and position, and commutators are stake-welded and polished for longer brush life.
