The Crown Automotive Backing Plate Assembly Kit for Grand Cherokees with disc brakes will restore your parking brake system to its original holding power. Of course you can purchase all of the parts separately and build it yourself, but with this Crown assembly you can have the components assembled at the factory and reduce your time in the garage. The backing plates do not accommodate ABS sensors, so drilling will be needed if you are installing this on a vehicle equipped with factory Anti-Lock Brakes.
