Slowly building off the proven Jeep formula, the JL certainly brings a lot to the table. For those looking to bring a Sport, Sahara, or X model up to par with a Rubicon model at a fraction of the price, ARB lockers make a great locking differential choice! While the axles might not look like the traditional Dana units we know and love, they are still Dana axles at their heart. The Non-Rubicon models get a modernized variant of the Dana 30 called 'M186', and depending on trim, non Rubicon models can have either an M200 or M220 rear axle. If you have a Rubicon, and still want more strength, ARB does offer upgraded 35 spline units which replace the front and rear factory lockers, but will also require upgraded aftermarket shafts.
