Attach the Base Mount to the floor of your truck or the top of a tool box and now be able to quickly secure your Wedge Bracket in place. Once it's in you won't have to worry about it rolling around and getting banged up. To release the Wedge simple unlatch it and slide it out. The latch is lockable to deter curious passersby. Large drain holes allow dirt and water to escape. All aluminum construction.
